We have started proactively putting Hailey on the potty. We have had 2 times where she has gone on the potty. I am sure we can be a bit more aggressive....but I think if we do it this way in her own time she will get it. Hailey has always been do it when it she gets it kind of girl......She walked when she was ready, she talked when she was ready...so this she will do when she is ready! For now....we are giving her the idea!!
