This thing was by the water edge when we came walking down to the beach. We have no idea what it was...and it was one of those thing where normally you would poke it with your flip flop, well we did not even want to do that.

Weekend in Galveston...fri afternoon
This past weekend we went to Galveston for Glenne's birthday weekend. We got there fri afternoon and stayed till sunday afternoon. It was a good weekend even with the weather not the best. Hailey could not wait to get to the beach and build sand castles. It was windy out on fri afternoon and probably in the 60's. As the sun was going down it got cooler fast. We took a lot of pictures and because of that I am doing this trip in a few posts so make sure you check them all if you want to be bored by all our fun with Hailey.

Checking out the rocks and shells
Nice calm waves late fri afternoon
